Paul-André Tavoillot – founder & CEO Mediacoaching

Paul-André Tavoillot A graduate of the Political Studies Institute of Lyon (France) and holder of a degree in literature, Paul-André founded Mediacoaching in 2001. Prior to that, Paul-André was Associate Editor-in-chief of La Tribune, where he was responsible for the management of the emerging technologies departments. In 1997, he launched the www.latribune.fr Web site and was also in charge of Internet development activities. He then participated in the start-up and fundraising for a content management software company as VP Content and strategic alliances. Throughout his career, he has contributed to numerous business publications including Fortune, Les Echos, L’Usine Nouvelle, Challenges, 01 Informatique. He has been working for ten years with French and international companies, he is also in charge of the global network of Mediacoaching correspondents. Paul-André also practices and teaches Chinese martial arts (Black Belt in Wushu, also known as Kung Fu). Paul-André is a graduate of Beijing Sport University.

Frédérique Broquaire – Development Director

Frédérique BroquaireAs a coach and trainer certified by CoachUp Institute, Frédérique mainly works as a company advisor for issues relating to sales management and internal communication. She has 15 years experience in media sales with Groupe NRJ and groupe RMC, and in the High Tech industry (Otoobe, Iomedio). She is passionate about communication and management, and holds a degree from the Rouen Business School.

Marc-Olivier BhererMarc-Olivier has been a journalist at the weekly French publication Courrier International since 2005. He writes a blog - "Le Québec vu d’ailleurs" - about news in Quebec as seen by the foreign and English Canadian press. He also regularly works with LeMonde.fr, L’Équipe, L’Actualité and Radio-Canada. Marc-Olivier leads web journalism workshops at the professional training centre, the EMI-CFD, in Paris.

Louise Hannah

Marc-Olivier BhererLouise Hannah is currently a reporter and newsreader for international television news station France 24. She has been a journalist for more than seven years starting as a newspaper reporter on the UK nationals. She then moved into broadcast journalism working in radio as a reporter and newsreader and then television. She also has experience working in magazines and has worked across most sectors including finance, world news, politics, sport and the economy.

Anthony Todd

Anthony ToddTony is a full time web writer and editor at France 24, covering French and international news in English. Tony graduated in History at Cardiff University before doing a post-graduate diploma in Journalism at Leicester de Montfort University. He started out in local English newspapers, then worked at the Wales News Service press agency, reporting for the British national press in London. He moved to Nice in 2007 where he freelanced for a number of English-language publications and also for local daily "Nice Matin", before coming to Paris in 2008.

Steve Whitehouse

Steve Whitehouse is a freelance journalist specialising in finance and economics. Based in France for 20 years, he was previously Economics Editor at newswires AFX News and Thomson Financial News. His career in financial journalism also includes spells at Reuters and the magazine Metal Bulletin in London. Steve graduated in European Studies and Modern Languages at the University of Bath and also has a doctorate in European Industrial Studies.

Laurent BaillyLaurent Bailly works both as chief reporter for the television channel Arte Info and as Editor in Chief for the monthly economic broadcast "Eclairages" on 2M (Moroccan television channel). He has 15 years television experience, eight years in the written press and a wide variety of other experience: editor in chief for La Chaîne Parlementaire with a team of 22 journalists (2005 and 2006) and ten years with France 2, where he was deputy business editor for the main news broadcasts (2000-2004). In the written press, Laurent began his career in the weekly publication Stratégies before taking over the Communication column at La Tribune. He frequently works with Télérama.

Jean-Michel Bellot

Jean-Michel BellotEx-athlète français spécialiste du saut à la perche, après avoir obtenu un diplôme de professeur d’éducation physique, Jean-Michel Bellot devient journaliste en 1983. Recruté par TF1 en 1988, il devient chef du service de sports puis grand reporter. En 2007, il est nommé directeur du développement du mécénat sportif au sein de la Fondation Jean-Luc Lagardère. Depuis 2009, outre la formation à la prise de parole, il travaille avec les collectivités territoriales auxquelles il fournit des dispositifs "clé en main" axés sur le sport, les jeunes et la santé publique. Jean-Michel a effectué une carrière au plus haut niveau international. En franchissant en 1982, la barre de 5,75 m, il réalise la meilleure performance mondiale de l’année.

Gaëlle Copienne

Gaëlle CopienneGaëlle Copienne is a television journalist. She currently works as a reporter for shows such as 100% mag and 66 minutes, and for web-tv reports (finance, real estate, technology, etc.). She is a graduate of the Lille School of Journalism and the Strasbourg Political Studies Institute. She has hosted the news on both BFMTV and Bloomberg Television. Gaëlle Copienne has also worked as a Deputy Editor for M6 Lille and as a reporter for the "6 minutes" editing team.

Thierry Del Jesus

Thierry Del Jesus is a freelance journalist. He worked as appointed magazine press Editor-in-chief for the Cassiopress agency before becoming Deputy Editor-in-chief at L’Usine Nouvelle until April 2010. He previously held the role of Deputy Editor-in-chief at Management, l’Entreprise and the Nouvel Hebdo. He has also hosted shows on Bloomberg TV and Classic FM. Thierry Del Jesus began his career at Stratégies, leading to his becoming head of telecommunications, technologies and media at La Tribune. He is a graduate of the Lyon Institute of Political Sciences.

Romain Desarbres

Romain DesarbresRomain Desarbres is a graduate of the Higher School of Journalism of Paris. Since 2004 he hqs been editor in chief and presenter for the morning news on RMC (5 -9). He began his career as news presenter for NRJ. In May 1999, Romain began working for Europe 1 where he presented the morning news, a politics feature and the "Tout Infos" show on Sunday nights.

Ronald Guintrange

Ronald GuintrangeAt the end of 2010, after presenting the evening news for three years on BFM TV, Ronald moved to the channel’s Non-Stop morning news (9am - 12pm). Ronald is a graduate of the Higher School of Journalism in Paris and was a journalist at TV5 Monde in charge of presenting the weekly and afternoon news. He is highly involved with international news in all areas (politics, economics, sport, culture) and regularly interviews figures from these fields. Ronald has also worked for regional news television (8 Montblanc) and TV magazines (France 3 and France 5).

Thomas Hervé

Ancien présentateur de l’émission « Culture Pub » sur M6, il est maître de conférences à Sciences Po. Françoise Latour

Françoise LatourDiplômée de l’école de journalisme et de communication de Lyon III (Infocom) et ancienne élève de Lettres Supérieures, Françoise Latour est journaliste-reporter depuis 20 ans. Formée par les équipes d’Europe 1 et de l’Agence France Presse, elle a été rédacteur en chef, directrice éditoriale ou chef de rubrique sur les questions de santé pour la presse écrite, Internet et audiovisuelle (Impact Médecin, Top Santé, Planet Medica, Télévision Européenne Satellite, Médecins du Monde) avant de s’orienter sur les thématiques de développement durable et d’environnement. A ce titre, elle a notamment collaboré pendant dix ans au service environnement du magazine Ca M’intéresse. Plongeuse et passionnée par l’univers marin, elle a assuré des chroniques pour la chaîne Planète Thalassa et a publié l’ouvrage « Au cœur des Océans - les comprendre pour mieux les préserver » (Editions Glénat 2010). Précédemment enseignante sur les techniques rédactionnelles à l’Ecole de journalisme de Marseille et à l’Université de Sciences politiques d’Aix-en-Provence, elle est formatrice sur les techniques journalistiques depuis quinze ans.

Constance Legrand

Jean-Michel BellotDiplômée de l’IEP Paris et de l’ESCP, Constance Legrand est spécialisée dans tous les sujets touchant au marketing et à la communication auprès du grand public. Elle a travaillé pendant plus de 15 ans en presse économique (Les Echos, Capital) puis féminine (Biba), avant de devenir rédactrice en chef d’aufeminin.com, puis directrice éditoriale du Pôle Digital du Groupe Mondadori, regroupant les sites de Closer, Grazia et Top Santé.

Elodie Louchez

Elodie LouchezElodie Louchez pratique les studios radio et les plateaux et magazines de la télévision depuis 15 ans. Elle débute en présentant l’information en matinales de la bande FM (Europe 2, Chérie FM). Puis, reporter télé pour des magazines axés sur l’environnement (« PowerPlants », France 5) et l’enfance (« La nature des champions », France 2), elle encadre de nouveau des équipes de chroniqueurs en tant que rédactrice en chef de magazines sociétaux et culturels (« Bande à part », Michel Field, TF6 ; « En juin ce sera bien », Jérôme Bellay, La 5ème). Aujourd’hui, Elodie axe principalement son travail sur le contenu éditorial multimedia (« MyMusicBand.fr », M6 ; Equisphere.tv ; Iq.tv (Toyota))

Florence Puybareau

Christophe QuesterDepuis 2008, Florence Puybareau est journaliste indépendante. Elle collabore pour différents supports : Agefi, Liaisons Sociales, les Echos... et anime régulièrement des séminaires et conférences. Elle a démarré sa carrière de journaliste en 1989 dans la presse informatique. Chef de rubrique à SVM Mac puis Décision Micro, elle a rejoint le quotidien La Tribune en 2000 pour travailler sur le supplément e-business avant de prendre en charge les pages informatiques et télécoms du quotidien. A ce titre, elle a interviewé les dirigeants des grandes entreprises technologiques mondiales. Elle possède une maîtrise d’archéologie, une licence d’histoire et un diplôme d’ingénieur documentaliste.

Christophe Quester

Christophe QuesterChristophe Quester has a Masters in Economic Sciences and a Diploma in Physics and IT. He is Publishing Director at Cassiopress. He regularly works with the Agefi where he writes the "Expertise systèmes d’information" column. The column talks about problems in the finance industry (currency trading, OPCVM reports, open architecture, credit derivatives pricing, etc. ). He also works with La Tribune on the column "La Tribune du manager". Christophe Quester is a pioneering web researcher and specialist in digital information sources and monitoring.

Jean-François Ruiz

Jean-François RuizJournaliste depuis 25 ans, diplômé du Centre de perfectionnement et de formation des journalistes (CFPJ) de Paris, Jean-François Ruiz a été directeur-adjoint de la rédaction de 01 informatique et éditeur des magazines professionnels du groupe Tests jusqu’en 2007. A ce titre, il a créé en 2003 et animé jusqu’en 2007, le club 01 DSI réunissant un millier de directeurs de système d’information de grandes entreprises, de PME, de l’administration et de collectivités territoriales. Il a auparavant occupé divers postes dans la presse dont celui de rédacteur-en-chef technique de l’hebdomadaire Le Point. JFR s’est très tôt occupé de l’informatisation des rédactions en France et il exerce une activité de formateur en techniques journalistiques depuis plus de vingt ans. Il est aujourd’hui consultant indépendant en stratégie éditoriale et communication.

Valérie Sarre

Valérie Sarre is a freelance journalist for economic publications such as L’Entreprise and Le Moniteur. She also works for L’Equipe Féminine and Elle magazine. She is a graduate of the Centre de Formation des Journalistes, Paris (CFJ) and holds a Masters in Modern Letters from the Sorbonne. Valérie Sarre began her career with Figaro Economie then with the weekly publication Stratégies. She co-authored “Besoin d’air” by Laurence Parisot, President of the Medef, in 2007.

Marie-Madeleine Sève

Marie-Madeleine SèveMarie-Madeleine Sève, journaliste free lance, est spécialisée dans les domaines économique et social. Anne-Isabelle TolletAnne-Isabelle Tollet is a senior reporter at France 24 and worked as a permanent correspondant in Islamabad from 2008 to 2009. She previously worked as special correspondant for a variety of news broadcasts including "sept à huit" (TF1), "le magazine de la santé" (France 5). As special correspondant in Kosovo for i-Télé, she was shortlisted by the Emmy Awards International council under the category Best New Reporter. Isabelle also worked for the live daily news as a presenter (France 24 / i-Télé). She cut her journalistic teeth as a daily news reporter for large national channels (France 2 / TF1), for the news magazine "Complément d’enquête" and the broadcast "Combien ça coute?".
